We ship internationally, and shipping is calculated at the checkout. If you are unavailable to checkout with your country of choice, please reach out. We will make alternative arrangements where possible. 

Canada Post ships within 1-3 days inside Canada. 

International orders are shipped with DHL for delivery in 3-10 business days.

Express shipments are delivered in 1-5 days worldwide.

You will receive an email including shipping confirmation and tracking information. You may receive an additional email from the shipping provider. Please note that there can be limited tracking information with postal delivery once the shipment has reached its destination country.

Please contact webstore@nemesis.coffee with any requests for changes or cancellations; we will respond within 24 hours on weekdays and accept valid requests until orders have been processed for shipping.

You are eligible to return products purchased online within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, this does not apply to coffee; all coffee sales are final.

We roast subscription coffee on the first Thursday of each month. We then quality control and pack the roast, ready for Canada Post or DHL collection on Friday.

We roast coffee shop orders every Monday, quality control, and pack the coffee ready for collection by Canada Post or DHL on Wednesday.

Subscribing with nemesis coffee provides you an opportunity to experience coffee from our partners at origin as the coffees evolve both seasonally and in our roasting approach over the years. As well as access to unique lots and coffee's not otherwise available for sale through our stores or online shop. 

Currently, subscription is offered in a monthly format. We will roast your coffee on the first Thursday of the month, and it will ship the next day, nitrogen flushed to ensure it arrives fresh.

We are excited to offer this new service and look forward to expanding and improving this service.

Subscription orders will be accepted up to the last day of the month for the following months' subscription. Payment for new subscriptions will be debited at the time of order, and subsequent recurring charges will be debited on the first day of each month. Coffee will be roasted and shipped on the first Thursday of the month within seven days of receiving recurring payments.
